Mission: Colombia

Student Leadership Retreat project

Completed and sustaining

In our inaugural project in Colombia, Village Reach partnered with local visionaries Eyson and Karson of Fundacion Pioneros to host a transformative student leadership retreat. Over two days and one night, 19 students engaged in dynamic sessions focused on embracing their dreams, understanding life's challenges, and prioritizing their faith. Through teaching sessions, team-building activities, worship, and prayer, participants were empowered to recognize God's plan for their lives and to pursue their dreams with resilience and conviction. That first retreat has since become an annual tradition, and in January 2026 Eyson and Karson launched a counseling program to care for the mental health of the youth and families they serve. Their work marks a promising facet of our mission to empower dreamers and communities worldwide, demonstrating the potential for meaningful impact on youth through collaboration, faith, and human-centered approaches.
